Birthday Bash

On Saturday, March 28th, 2009, DJ Brazão will celebrate his 30th birthday with an array of guest artists at Club Terra Terra (Joe Angelo’s) in Brockton, MA.

Scheduled to perform during this birthday bash are Holland-based artists Nelson Freitas, DJ NSB (Nos Manera) and David Brazão and local artists such as Amarildo Johvanny, Assassino as well as DJ Brazão.

This will be the first time David Brazão will perform in the United States. He is best known for hit songs such as Nha Memoria, Muda Sistema, Coração Intende, and Nha Amada.

Club Terra Terra (Joe Angelo’s) is located at 11 Crescent Street in Brockton. Proper dress is required.

DJ Cila at Cesaria

DJ Cila, one of the few Capeverdean female Deejays, will be spinning every Wednesday and Thursday at Restaurante Cesaria in Boston, MA.

DJ Cila will entertain you (Wednesday from 6 pm until 9 pm and on Thursday from 6 pm until 10 pm) with her superb repertoire, which includes Hip-Hop, R & B, House, Funk, Samba, Haitian Kompa, Salsa, and Zouk.

DJ Cila is also a regular at Lava Gina, New York City’s premier world music lounge, where she will continue to make her monthly appearance.
